By booking or using our services you accept these terms and conditions of trading.

1. Cleaning periods:
By Choosing our regular cleaning service you accept a Minimum 12-month cleaning period. If cancellation is Required before this period, we require the rest of the undone cleanings to be paid.
We offer window cleaning every 4, or 8 weeks. We need some flexibility on time scales during public holidays, weather, etc.
2. Property access:
Customer's responsibility is to provide full access to the windows. Any windows or doors not accessible to us won’t be cleaned.(due to insurance T&Cs).
We reserve the right to charge full price if we are unable to access the whole property due to (a locked gate etc). We send txt a day before cleaning to the customers where access is required through the house or gate is being locked.
2a. Turning our workers away on the day of cleaning:
We don’t accept cancelation on short notice (less than 24 hours) or by the door! Our Work is scheduled in advance.
Our focus is customer service, and we offer you reliability, but we also require customers to be reliable.
3. Bad Weather:
Weather conditions (rain) are not acceptable reasons for canceling or postponing our service. Our Windows cleaning system works in almost all-weather conditions and uses 100% purified water.
We Guarantee all year-round regular service. We working in 365 days in all weather conditions, except extreme weather (heavy rain, Heavy snow) temperatures under 0 degrees. We do not accept any breaks due to winter, holidays, etc.
4. Payments:
All payments must be made within 3 business days (for residential customers). For commercial clients is payment required by 28 days of the cleaning date. If payment is not completed within our timeframe we will send a reminder, if the reminder is ignored, we reserve the right to apply a late payment fee. We reserve the right to terminate our services. Any unsolved bills will be passed to the debt collection agency.
5. Complaints:
We always try to provide you with top-quality service. If you are not satisfied with our work for any reason, you must contact us within 24 hours after cleaning. We welcome constructive criticism and we always trying to improve our business. Any complaints. Please note, that for any complaints made after a 24-hour period, we cannot guarantee free cleaning. Fee of full cleaning price may be applied if we return to re-clean and we find the dirt is from inside.
6. Cancellations:
If you wish to completely cancel our services, you must provide at least 14 days’ notice before next scheduled cleaning by sending us an email at pure.windowcleaning@gmail.com, or send letter by post. Cancellations by phone won't be accepted
7. Insurance:
We have premium public liability insurance covering our window cleaning and gutter cleaning business practices. Our certification is available on request.
