Terms & Conditions

By booking or using our services you accept these terms and conditions of trading.

  

 

Cleaning periods:

By Choosing our regular cleaning service you accept a Minimum 12-month cleaning period. If cancellation is Required before the end of this period, we might require the rest of the undone cleanings to be paid.

We offer window cleaning every 4, 6, or 8 weeks. We need some flexibility on time scales during public holidays, weather, etc.

 

 

 

On the day of cleaning:

It is the customer's responsibility to provide full access to the windows and remove all items that might prevent us from accessing the windows. Any windows or doors not accessible to us won’t be cleaned.

We reserve the right to charge full price if we are unable to access the whole property due to (a locked gate etc).

 

Turning our workers away on the day of cleaning:

We don’t accept cancelation on short notice (less than 24 hours) or by the door! Our Work is scheduled in advance.

Our focus is customer service, and we offer you reliability, but we also require customers to be reliable.

 

Bad Weather:

Weather conditions (rain) are not acceptable reasons for canceling or postponing our service. Our Windows cleaning system works in almost all-weather conditions and uses 100% purified water.

We Guarantee all year-round regular service.

We will not clean in Extreme weather (heavy rain, Heavy snow) temperatures under 0 degrees.

 

Payments:

All payments must be made within 3 business days of the cleaning date. If the Customer does not reply to our text reminders and does not pay within 14 days, we reserve the right to apply a late payment fee of £10. Cash flow is imperative, our wages/insurance/diesel/equipment rely on our satisfied customers paying for the reliable service we strive to provide.

 

Complaints:

We always try to provide you with top-quality service. If you are not satisfied with our work for any reason, you must contact us within 24 hours after cleaning. We welcome constructive criticism and we always trying to improve our business. Any complaints. Please note, that for any complaints made after a 24-hour period, we cannot guarantee free cleaning.

 

Ending our Service:

If you wish to completely cancel our services, you must provide at least 14 days’ notice by sending us an email at pure.windowcleaning@gmail.com or a text message on 07449 693952 no later than 14 days before the next cleaning is scheduled.

 

Confidentiality:

We keep all customer information on the confidential database and is not discussed or shared with any individual or company, as required under the terms and conditions of the Data Protection Act.

              

Insurance:

We have premium public liability insurance covering our window cleaning and gutter cleaning business practices. Our certification is available on request.

 

SMS Texting:

You may request to be contacted each time day before we come for access etc. usually by 7 pm.

Please note these text alerts are only to inform you to make sure we will have full access to all windows that need to be cleaned. We do not accept cancelations as our work is scheduled and we will charge the full quoted price if you cancel less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled cleaning.
